Housed within the dynamic Acsiopolis high-rise in Benmore Gardens, the @Sandton Apartments team has pulled out all the stops to create long-term luxury rentals that are modern, stylish and practical, furnished or unfurnished

The first thing you’ll notice when you step into an apartment at @Sandton is how it makes the most of the incredible views over Sandton and the northern suburbs. Large floor to ceiling windows let in beautiful natural light, resulting in a happy, sunny space.

Welcome to @Sandton Apartments

@Sandton Apartments

In keeping with the building’s aesthetic, interiors are simple and contemporary. Warm laminate flooring has been used throughout the living and sleeping areas, with neutral tiles in the bathrooms that highlight sophisticated fittings and spacious showers. The kitchen is open-plan with sleek cabinets and granite countertops, and mood lighting is used effectively throughout the rooms. Furnished apartments can be configured for corporate use and furniture is cosmopolitan and comfortable – imagine plush, deep sofas, wooden dining tables and sleek Scandi-style sideboards.

All apartments are air-conditioned and come fully equipped with top of the range appliances that complement the modern kitchens. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, a microwave and a stove (the studios have a two-plate stove while the rest have full stoves). Residents also have access to complementary WiFi, with extra packages available should they need a faster line. Apartments are VOIP- and DSTV-ready, with complimentary plug and play satellite channels available immediately. Units range from an elegant studio apartment (41m²) starting at R8,700 per month unfurnished and R10,600 furnished, to a spacious three-bedroom apartment (118m²-283m²) starting at R28,800 unfurnished and R32,000 furnished. The monthly rental for one-bedroom apartments (50m²-72m²) with a lounge is R11,600 unfurnished and R14,000 furnished. And for those with an added separate study, the rental is R12,300 unfurnished and R15,000 furnished. Two-bedroom apartments (71m²-146m²) start from R18,300 unfurnished and R22,400 furnished.

It’s not just the beautiful apartments that are turning the heads of prospective residents. Access to exclusive amenities is the cherry on top of this desirable Sandton lifestyle, and residents have full use of @Sandton Hotel amenities, which include a spa, fitness centre and restaurants, as well as residents-only access to areas of the Clubhouse, Vinstore and CoWorx. Additional services available on-site include housekeeping, laundry, car wash and storage units where residents can safely store any items not required in the short term. Convenience is also a priority. For example, well thought-through power and water supply delivery channels avoid the interruptions that have become daily stressors in South African life. @Sandton Apartments provide generators in case of power interruptions and 21/2 days of water supply in the event of a water outage. The building is secured with biometric access and manned surveillance around the clock. To circumvent the inconvenience of regular parking systems, @Sandton Apartments has employed a cutting-edge system from Admyt that ensures convenience, while still maintaining their overall safety.
