Combined Developers launches Arnim apartments

Brackenfell becoming one of the city’s most vibrant communities

Leading property company, Combined Developers, has launched Arnim loft-style luxury apartments in vibrant Brackenfell, one of Cape Town’s fastest developing suburban communities.

Says Leon Büter, of Synergy in Developments, agents for the development: “We thought outside the box with this development. First time buyers and investors are always looking to invest in apartments that offer more than standard apartments. Arnim Designer Apartments combine Cape Town’s opportunities with the Winelands’ leisure appeal. Arnim apartments will become a destination of choice for investors and young families attracted by the safe and convenient lifestyle.”

Arnim

He continues that they wanted to offer a unique and highly competitive product. “Buyers will get exceptional value for money whilst investors can rest assured that potential tenants will prefer the fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom to that of other apartments for sale or rent in the area. Furthermore Arnim phase one, which will be completed mid-2023, is currently on sale and for a limited time we offer massive savings of up to R45 000 per apartment.”

Marcel Hoogebeen, also of Synergy in Developments, adds that the design is unique in many ways. “The huge arched window with sliding door allows abundant natural light into the kitchen and open plan living area. The kitchen offers outstanding finishes with ample cupboards and designer light fittings throughout add to the luxurious appeal.”

Once the Arnim is completed, the development will offer 225 two-bedroomed units and 31 one bedroomed units. Kitchens are fitted with an oven, hob and extractor fan. Each apartment also comes with Defy silver line appliances including a washer/dryer combo machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The modern bathrooms feature a free standing bath. Prices range between R899 000 and R1 205 000, including all appliances and high-quality finishes.

The development will offer 24-hour security, landscaped gardens, and a community clubhouse with braai areas, fibre connectivity and swimming pool. It will also be pet friendly.

Arnim

Büter explains that crime in South Africa forces people to think about safety and security when investing in a home. “Arnim will boast manned security and electrified fencing as a first line of defence. We want families to feel safe and kids to be able to play outside en enjoy the park areas. Arnim is ideal for first time buyers, including single moms, who can buy an affordable home without having to compromise on quality or secure living.”

Hoogebeen concludes that although interest rates have slightly increased, it is still a buyer’s market. “You won’t find a better equipped apartment with luxurious interiors in this price range in the area.”
